I share this review with a degree of humble pie. After misunderstandings on delivery of 2 x Lennox Manual Recliners, I have to say that the service provided for delivery once the stock was delivered to Coffs Harbour was terrific. The chairs are exactly what I wanted ... so much so that I have ordered a third. Thank you folks.

The sales assistant who helped me when I came to the store was extremely helpful and lovely. Her name was Linda I think. I needed many items for my bedroom and she was able to locate them all, explaining the benefits and qualities of the items and showed me the best bargains. She also helped me carry some of my items to my car. It was the best customer service I had received in a long time.

The delivery Gents were lovely. I really appreciated them screwing the lil legs on my base for me as it was heavy and I'm an older female living alone...but please guys be more careful dragging items across the floor. I now have scratch marks on the hybrid boards 😔😉

After going to 3 Coffs Harbour bed & mattress stores , we settled on Beds R Us to purchase our new mattress.
Karen was knowledgeable, patient & actually LISTENED to to us & tailored her advice to our needs.
In contrast the other 2 stores DID NOT LISTEN & tried to push products that in no way met our needs.
I highly recommend Coffs Harbour Beds R Us, they have a great range, affordable prices & wonderful service...go see Karen she is fabulous & really helpful.

Went in to store a few months ago to find a new bed. Mimi the store assistant from moment first walked in greeted me and came back around and asked if needed help. Mimi had great knowledge about beds/mattresses she was so helpful and stuck to her word when she followed up with a phone call the next day. Mimi has updated me with phone calls and kept me in the loop of what was happening as I live in Sydney. I hope Mimi gets the recognition she deserves I used to work in retail and we need more Mimi’s in this industry who really Love their job and want to help. You’re Amazing Thankyou again

Out of the many beds we tried out, Beds R Us had the cheapest options for what we wanted and the cheapest delivery cost. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and relatable. Access to my house isn't easy but the delivery men made it painless and were easy to talk to.

Hi Andrew, went to Coffs yesterday, intending to do rounds of bedding shops in Home Base. Started with Beds are Us because of advertising, sales lady was very efficient, friendly and helpful.
I bought a mattress off the floor, it was delivered today, and the delivery guys were great, took away my old bed, rang me to tell me that they would be here in half an hour.
Very happy with purchase, next day delivery!!
