Shipping policy

 

1.Delivery 

Orders are verified and processed in our system within 1-2 business days and a detailed order confirmation should be received via email,orders for delivery will be booked within 7 -14 days of purchase in which we will contact you to book a day of delivery with our Delivery Specialist 

Delivery rates vary depending on the distance from our Coffs Harbour & Grafton Fulfilment Centre

If you are ordering an item that is on backorder, pre-order or made to order, please refer to the quoted approximate lead time for that product as a guide for when we will have the item(s) in stock to dispatch. Unfortunately, circumstances may change beyond our control which may lead to a delay in your order being delivered or available for collection on time. We are not responsible for any delays .

At this time we do not accept international orders. 

Reports of damages or faults upon delivery, must be received in writing to warranties@macleodsfurniture.com.au strictly within 24 hours of arrival, accompanied by images of the product itself, labels and the entirety of the internal and external packaging for consideration.

Goods must be collected/delivered within 14 days from the date of notification that they are available or within an agreed written time frame (exception a Layby agreement ). If goods are not collected/delivered, at the managers descretion a storage fee of $2.00 per day will apply for each consecutive week until such goods are collected/delivered. Payment of said storage fees will be payable prior to the release of your order. Failure to collect or organise delivery within 3 months of notification of order arrival will result in the Sales Order being cancelled and all monies paid being forfeited.

We offer delivery services with the expectation that reasonable access is attainable. In cases where reasonable access is not feasible, or if you are absent at the scheduled delivery time, charges may apply for any subsequent delivery attempts. Additional charges may also be incurred for stairs or any special handling requirements.

Please ensure careful measurements are taken to guarantee that your goods will fit through doorways, into your home, and into their designated areas. We cannot be held responsible for goods that do not fit as intended.To comply with OH&S regulations, our delivery personnel are required to wear appropriate footwear at all times. Prior to delivery, please ensure adequate protection is arranged for your floors and surfaces, as we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred during the delivery of your goods.

Items labelled Marked (ready to assemble) will require self-assembly. We're delighted to provide enhanced delivery services as optional paid upgrades.

Unless otherwise agreed by us, disposal of packaging is the customers responsibility, and we are not responsible for its removal.

If goods are being collected from your home, kindly ensure they are in a hygienic and sanitary condition. Otherwise, we regret that we will be unable to accept them.
