She is very good in her role and deserves the promotion or Bounce etc She is an asset to this company. Very good experience in Coffs Harbour store with other employees as well. Just wanted to thank Mimi who served us in store when purchasing our lounge, she was very helpful, reassuring and knows what she’s talking about with colours. I’m very indecisive & she was happy to give me a quote so I could think about it instead of trying to talk me into buying right then and there. I would also like to thank Michelle who served me over the phone when making the final decision, very lovely & easy to talk to.

Fantastic service. They called us before they delivered our bed. They assembled the bed for us and took away the packaging and our old mattress. Very happy customer.
