MacLeod's Furniture, Coffs Harbour gave us amazing service. Matt listened to our needs and we found exactly what we were looking for. We had a small time frame in which to work and Matt met every one of these needs. It was the only furniture store that had the size lounge we needed for a unit and it was amazing value for money. Couldn't recommend this store more highly.

Showroom service from Matt and the team was great, excellent product knowledge and super helpful. The delivery team was even better; it was a tough move into the house but the boys were so professional and thorough. Couldn’t ask for a better result. We get faulty Lounges (leather pigmentation )Mimi trying to sort this out according to my desire, and she is making sure, I'm getting a good deal. She is very good in her role and deserves the promotion or Bounce etc She is an asset to this company. Very good experience in Coffs Harbour store with other employees as well. I definitely will recommend it to others.

Just wanted to thank Mimi who served us in store when purchasing our lounge, she was very helpful, reassuring and knows what she’s talking about with colours. I’m very indecisive & she was happy to give me a quote so I could think about it instead of trying to talk me into buying right then and there. I would also like to thank Michelle who served me over the phone when making the final decision, very lovely & easy to talk to.
