My experience with MacLeods and BedsrUs was wonderful from the first time I walked into the stores.
The sales staff are knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly. They couldn’t do enough for me. I really appreciated the service that I received.
I ended up purchasing a lounge suite, dining suite, bar stools, bedroom suite and bed and mattress for my spare room.
The delivery guys were great. Very obliging, and friendly. They assembled everything, put it where I wanted it, took away all packaging and my old mattresses, even vacuumed up the stray foam!
I would recommend MacLeods to anyone wanting quality furniture at a fair price with great customer service.

We have recently moved to the area and purchased outdoor and living room furniture from this store. I was compelled to leave a review (not something I normally do!) because the service we received has been exceptional! MacLeod's Furniture, Coffs Harbour gave us amazing service. Matt listened to our needs and we found exactly what we were looking for. We had a small time frame in which to work and Matt met every one of these needs.
It was the only furniture store that had the size lounge we needed for a unit and it was amazing value for money.

We get faulty Lounges (leather pigmentation )Mimi trying to sort this out according to my desire, and she is making sure, I'm getting a good deal. She is very good in her role and deserves the promotion or Bounce etc She is an asset to this company.
Very good experience in Coffs Harbour store with other employees as well. I definitely will recommend it to others.
