We bought a new bed from Macleods Grafton. The manager Brett was fantastic to deal with and really looked after us. The boys that delivered the bed and put it together did a great job and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience

I share this review with a degree of humble pie. After misunderstandings on delivery of 2 x Lennox Manual Recliners, I have to say that the service provided for delivery once the stock was delivered to Coffs Harbour was terrific. The chairs are exactly what I wanted ... so much so that I have ordered a third. Thank you folks.

MacLeod's Furniture, Coffs Harbour gave us amazing service. Matt listened to our needs and we found exactly what we were looking for. We had a small time frame in which to work and Matt met every one of these needs. It was the only furniture store that had the size lounge we needed for a unit and it was amazing value for money. Couldn't recommend this store more highly.

The sales assistant who helped me when I came to the store was extremely helpful and lovely. Her name was Linda I think. I needed many items for my bedroom and she was able to locate them all, explaining the benefits and qualities of the items and showed me the best bargains. She also helped me carry some of my items to my car. It was the best customer service I had received in a long time.

A very positive experience with the Grafton store. We purchased some new furniture and a rug for our home. The two girls that assisted us choosing our items were amazing, patient and very knowledgeable. We are very happy with our purchases. I can’t thank Darren and Scott our delivery drivers enough for their care and wonderful customer service that they supplied us on delivery. I went in store to get a quote on a new mattress, ended up buying it on the spot! Teigan, was super helpful and recommended a mattress to suit my needs and budget. Teigan also had it delivered to me on short notice. Tim the delivery driver was very professional. Would highly recommend my local McLeod's store.

Went in to buy a bed frame and mattress at Beds R Rus, Karen showed fantastic customer service and I ended up buying both and a lamp and beside table as well!

Karen helped me get the exact bedside table I was after, the service was fantastic and my order was ready within a day.

The delivery guys were so efficient . When the delivered part wasn't suitable, management sent them the next day to swap it over. Within an hour they had come from Grafton to Yamba . Swapped the mattresses over. Thank you guys. Great job

Hi Andrew, went to Coffs yesterday, intending to do rounds of bedding shops in Home Base. Started with Beds are Us because of advertising, sales lady was very efficient, friendly and helpful. I bought a mattress off the floor, it was delivered today, and the delivery guys were great, took away my old bed, rang me to tell me that they would be here in half an hour. Very happy with purchase, next day delivery!! THANKS to all Peter
