To complete your warranty you must first check if you are eligible for a refund or replacement in accordance with manufactures warranty information.
You must also have the original copy of the sales document supplied at point of sale.

Terms and Conditions
You must be the original purchaser; the warranty does not transfer from the original purchaser.
Your furniture is used for normal household use. Your furniture is not covered for commercial use.
Users do not exceed the maximum weight from the manufactures information.
You must follow care and maintenance guides for your product and use the correct cleaning products as instructed under manufacture information.
Furniture that is damaged from misuse or accidental damage is not covered by warranty
Any repairs made does not extend or renew the warranty period
Warranty is void if the product is modified in any way
Products that are stored, handled or transported incorrectly will not be covered.
Warranty does not cover environmental damage such as storm, fire, flood, earth quake or any other natural disaster.
Costs involved in product returns shall be paid by the customer except in the case of a manufacturing fault or otherwise authorised by Macleods Furniture.
Warranty does not cover extra cost involved in transportation to repair centres that are interstate.
